This is an educational template, not legal advice. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Before selling or processing real customer data, have it verified by a qualified legal professional for your jurisdiction (US / EU / GDPR). No warranty is made that this template satisfies any specific legal requirement.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Przemyslaw Snowacki, acting as an individual. Contact for any privacy matter: [email protected]. The operator is based in the United States (Norfolk, VA); the audience is global.

2. What data we process

This is a static, informational page. By design it keeps data collection to the absolute minimum:

If you email us using the contact link, we process the personal data you choose to include in your message (your email address and its content) for the sole purpose of replying. Email is handled by our email provider, Proton.

Our hosting provider (Tiiny.host) may keep standard server access logs (such as IP address, timestamp, and user agent) for security and operation. We do not use these logs to track or profile visitors.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process the data in your email only to respond to your enquiry. For visitors in the EU/EEA/UK, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you, or taking steps at your request prior to a possible contract.

4. Retention

Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any directly related follow-up, then deleted.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. The only processors involved are our email provider (Proton) and our hosting provider (Tiiny.host), each acting on standard terms.

6. Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA/UK, under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Visitors elsewhere may have similar rights under local law (for example, the CCPA in California). To exercise any right, email [email protected].

7. International note

The operator is based in the United States. If you contact us from the EU/EEA/UK, your message may be processed in the United States. We keep processing minimal and respond directly.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version date is shown at the top. If we ever add analytics, forms, or payments, we will update this policy and add a cookie consent mechanism before doing so.
